Terry Tech was not born from a boardroom strategy session. It was born from one person seeing a broken system, refusing to accept it, and deciding to build the fix.
The Founding Story
A crisis that didn't have to happen.
In 2024, Erwin Kwawu — technologist, tinkerer, doer, problem solver, and admitted nerd — looked at a critical global crisis and asked a simple question: why hasn't anyone fixed this yet?
He conceived a solution. Then, with the discipline of someone who builds things that last, he let the idea sit — refining it, stress-testing it, waiting until he was ready to move with conviction.
In 2025, Erwin committed. He assembled a development team and began building in earnest. By late 2025, Terry Tech was officially registered with its domain and infrastructure secured. In May 2026, Todd James joined as Co-CEO to lead operations and strategy — freeing Erwin to focus on the technology and the broader global problems only he can solve.
2024
Erwin Kwawu identifies a critical global crisis and conceives the solution. The idea takes shape — and sits, waiting for the right moment.
2025
Erwin commits. He begins actively building the solution, assembling a development team to bring the vision to life.
Late 2025
Terry Tech officially registered. Domain, infrastructure, and essential assets secured.
May 2026
Todd James joins as Co-CEO, taking the helm on operations and strategy while Erwin focuses on the technology and broader global work.

Co-CEO
Joined Terry Tech in May 2026 to lead day-to-day operations and growth strategy, freeing Erwin to focus on the technology and global-scale problem solving. Todd drives execution, partnerships, and the company's path to scale.
